I've been slowly entering the world of eHow--sort of sticking my big toe in and testing the waters. While I've only written eight articles for the eHow site so far--and have earned $7.15 to date--this is enough to convince me that eHow is a real writing opportunity and has lots of residual income potential.
It's earned me over half of my eHow earnings so far! It's been on the site for almost a month and has earned $4.39. If it continues at the same rate for an entire year--that one article will earn me at least $30 in a year's time. Not bad for about 30 minutes of work.
My latest article
http://www.ehow.com/how_5066588_rent-car-credit-card.html was just published a couple of days ago, but has already earned some money and is getting a lot of views for the minimal amount of time that it has been on the eHow site. Only when the article matures will I know its true potential, but at this rate--I have a good feeling about the potential earnings!
Now that I see how eHow is a legitimate way to earn residual income, I need to sit down and schedule some eHow writing time so that I can build my article library and watch earnings skyrocket!
The eHow lesson that I learned today is to see the big picture. It's important to view an article's income over a year's time and not view eHow as a get rich quick scheme.
